Every custom project begins with a written quote outlining the agreed scope and price. A 50% deposit is required to book the project and begin purchasing materials.

Timelines are estimated for each project after the enclosure, materials and planting plan are confirmed. Material availability, curing and plant establishment can affect completion dates.

The remaining balance is due before the finished enclosure is picked up or delivered. Any approved additions or changes are included in the updated total.

Local pickup or delivery is arranged for each project. Timing, access requirements and any delivery charges are confirmed in writing before the handoff date.
